JR Designs was selected to stage Home 3 at the recent Parade of Homes in Tartan Ridge. The home was designed by Lakewood Builders and is approximately 5,100 square feet. Including 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 1 half-bath and 3-car garage. Our team worked with Value City Furniture to furnish the home.

The sunroom in the back of the home floods the main floor with natural light and provides spectacular views of the outdoors. The simple and straightforward flow throughout creates an easy living environment. Formal areas are seperated from informal areas allowing for a sense of privacy when desired and community when needed. The generous master suite includes a spalike bathroom and tremendous closet space. The lower level features a sports bar and home theater.
